For James Nathan winning 2008 Master Chef was only the first step of a successful career as a professional chef.

 

Since then James has worked with and learnt from many of the leading lights of the industry, including Michel Roux Jnr, Michael Caines, Sebastian Bras, Richard Corrigan, Gordon Ramsey and Rick Stein. Years as the head chef at famously foodie St Enodoc hotel in Cornwall, and more recently the well reviewed Clifton Lido have honed his skill.  He has developed a simple and elegant style, where wonderful flavours and quality local ingredients are his key to great food.
